From July 1st 2008 a new outsourcing company, VMS Moscow, has started it’s services of collecting applications for tourism and business visas.

While VMS will give free information on visas through it’s call center, at the following number:
+7 (495) 229 29 01,
the presentation of applications to VMS is a payment service. The charges are not consular fees and are collected directly by VMS.

VISA CALL CENTRE for STUDY – SUBORDINATE AND AUTONOMOUS WORK

For users convenience a Call Centre service has been added to the Chancery consular services (available by phone, fax and e-mail). Therefore you can either call  the Consulate or the Visa Call Centre in order to receive information on visa procedures and to book for visa interviews.

The Call Centre is a PRIVATE PAY SERVICE, carried out on behalf of the Embassy of Italy and according to its instructions.

The charges for this service are not consular fees and are collected by the private company which provides for it.
